Terms & Conditions

1. Parties

These Terms & Conditions apply between WebNoodle Services, referred to as “WebNoodle”, “we”, “us” or “our”, and the customer named on the order form, referred to as “the Customer”, “you” or “your”.

2. Service Description

The £99 per month website package provides a professional website built from a pre-made template and customised with the Customer’s business details, branding, colour preferences, services, images, contact details and supplied content where provided.

3. Included Services

The monthly package includes one template-based website, basic customisation, one custom domain where available, hosting, one professional email address where technically available, basic SEO setup, Google Business Profile setup or basic optimisation, WhatsApp/contact links, enquiry form, gallery options, social media links and monthly maintenance.

4. Initial Term

The agreement has an initial minimum term of 6 months from the date the first payment is received or the project setup begins, whichever is earlier. At the end of the initial term, the service may continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled in line with these terms.

5. Monthly Fees

The standard package fee is £99 per month unless agreed otherwise in writing. Extra features, third-party apps, premium widgets, paid advertising, additional email accounts, copywriting, logo design, photography, videography, additional pages or advanced SEO are not included unless expressly agreed.

6. Customer Information

The Customer must provide accurate information, including business name, trading name, address, contact details, services, service areas, opening hours, logos, images, videos, testimonials, social media links and any legal or regulatory information relevant to the business.

7. Customer Content Rights

The Customer confirms that they own or have permission to use all logos, images, video, copy, testimonials, trademarks and other materials supplied to WebNoodle. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all supplied content.

8. Copywriting

If the Customer does not supply website copy, WebNoodle may create starter copy based on the Customer’s trade and services. The Customer must review and approve all copy before publication. WebNoodle is not responsible for inaccuracies in approved copy.

9. Domain Names

A suitable domain name will be registered or connected where available. Preferred domain names cannot be guaranteed. Domain ownership, access and transfer arrangements should be confirmed at setup. Domain transfers may be subject to third-party provider rules and outstanding payment status.

10. Hosting

Hosting is included while the subscription is active and payments are up to date. If the agreement ends, hosting may cease unless a separate hosting or transfer arrangement is agreed.

11. Email

One professional email address is included where supported by the platform or chosen email provider. Additional mailboxes or advanced email services may be charged separately. The Customer is responsible for secure use of all login details.

12. Google Account and Google Business Profile

WebNoodle may create or assist with a free Gmail account, Google Drive folder and Google Business Profile using information provided by the Customer. The Customer remains responsible for accuracy of business information and compliance with Google’s policies.

13. SEO

Basic SEO setup may include page titles, meta descriptions, local wording, service keywords, image alt text and basic indexing setup. Search rankings, enquiries, leads and sales are not guaranteed.

14. Monthly Maintenance

Monthly maintenance includes reasonable minor updates such as text changes, image swaps, contact detail changes, minor service amendments and basic website checks. It does not include major redesigns, new sections, large copywriting tasks, advanced integrations or marketing campaigns unless separately agreed.

15. Optional Extras

Optional paid extras may include review widgets, social media feeds, blogs, advanced galleries, before-and-after widgets, booking systems, Google Ads, SEO packages, copywriting, logo design, photography, videography, drone content and multi-location pages. Any additional cost will be agreed before work begins.

16. Payment

Payment is due monthly by the agreed payment method. If payment is missed, WebNoodle may pause work, maintenance, hosting, email services or support until the account is brought up to date.

17. Direct Debit

Where Direct Debit is used, collection must be set up through an approved provider. Any Direct Debit Instruction must use approved wording and be approved by the relevant payment service provider before use.

18. Cancellation

The Customer may cancel after the initial 6-month term by giving 30 days written notice. If the Customer cancels during the initial term, any remaining payments for the initial 6-month period may remain payable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

19. Suspension and Termination

WebNoodle may suspend or terminate services if payments remain overdue, if the Customer supplies unlawful content, misuses services or materially breaches these terms.

20. Third-Party Services

The website may rely on third-party platforms including Wix, domain registrars, hosting providers, email providers, Google, review platforms, payment providers and social media platforms. WebNoodle is not responsible for third-party outages, price changes, account restrictions or policy changes.

21. Intellectual Property

Customer-supplied content remains the Customer’s property. Website templates, build methods, design structures, systems and WebNoodle-created assets remain the property of WebNoodle unless agreed otherwise in writing. Transfer of website assets may be subject to technical limitations, platform rules and payment status.

22. Data Protection

WebNoodle will process personal data to deliver the website, hosting, communication, payment and related services. A Privacy Policy should be provided to the Customer at the point data is collected.

23. Limitation of Liability

WebNoodle will provide services with reasonable care and skill. WebNoodle does not guarantee leads, sales, rankings or advertising results. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

24. Review After 6 Months

At the end of the initial term, the Customer and WebNoodle may review the service, discuss upgrades, continue the package or cancel in line with these terms.

25. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless otherwise agreed in writing.
